We're all worried about terrorism, snipers, and anthrax, but we're probably at much greater risk from all these old drivers! Check out the AMA's page on older drivers:

"Motor vehicle injuries are a leading cause of injury-related deaths in the older population (persons 65 years and older). Per mile driven, the fatality rate for drivers 85 years and older is nine times higher than the rate for drivers 25 to 69 years old."

You must Tivo this weeks South Park!

It was a parody of Red Dawn, in which the AARP invades south park after finding out the town took away all old people's drivers licenses. It opened with a wonderfully tasteless replay of the old guy crashing through the farmers market and killing everybody.

Oh yeah, that was a great South Park. I've decided to start blogging all the stories published about elderly drivers and their driving mayhem.
