Dupont to Enjoy Complete Corporate Ubiquity So, in Dupont we now have an Ann Taylor, a Benneton, a Chiplote, five different Starbucks, two Cosis, and now Krispy Kreme. This neighborhood doesn't seem to have any local flair anymore. This is what the sorry state of affairs in Dupont is going to be: "A customer eats a glazed Krispy Kreme doughnut. A spokeswoman for the chain said it is long overdue to open a shop in the District. Photo Credit: Matthew Staver -- Bloomberg News" Flair is for poor people and socialists.
