Is that drawing supposed to be a joke? The artist has no appreciation of form, or at least has been so warped by our culture to an extent that she's drawn a total exaggeration. The ass is huge and high, the waist is virtually nonexistent, and you're right, the tits look totally fake.

This is either really really bad art, or really funny irony. (I'm betting bad art).
