The Student body of the University of Georgia through its elected member of the Student Government Association does hereby resolve.

 Whereas, the Freshman Board has become an integral contribution to SGA by serving as a voice for the Freshman and providing information to freshman through leadership-,

 Whereas, Freshman guidance plays a pivotal role in the uplift of the University, and,

 Whereas, it is important that Freshman Board members understand their role within Student Government and,

 Whereas, a structured set of rules and guidelines would enhance Freshman Board productivity and efficiency-,

 Now, therefore, be it resolved that-
 The Student Government Association hereby approves the Freshman Board Constitution, as created by its members to serve future Freshman Boards, in the organization of their affairs.
