Being that both the sponsoring entity for the Miss Black UGA Pageant, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the Miss UGA Pageant Committee have jointly agreod.
SGA endorses the following steps taken to improve the level of diversity aniong the pool of applicants to the Miss UGA Pageant:

The winner of the Miss Black UGA Pageant, as fulfillment of her obligations to the ' Miss Black UGA title, will automatically becorne an entrant to the Miss UGA applicant process. Due to pageant regulations, the contestant will be entered in name and not title.
