1. Travelled to University of Florida and met with their SGA
President concerning safety issues.

1. All senators need to write down addresses and telephone
numbers for the upcoming year, along with their I.D. numbers.
2. Each senator must sign up for mandatory office hours for Fall
Quarter.
E. TREASURER - Richard Barid
1. Working on a budget statement.
2. YOu must get approval from exec before spending any money.

A. ACADEMIC AFFAIRS - Will Cochran
1. No business to report.
2. The committee needs to meet following the full senate meeting
tonight.
B. INTERNAL AFFAIRS - William Perry
1. PRESIDENT PRO TEM - William Perry
a. Freshman Senator elections are tenatively set for October

Graduate Senator seats will be available Monday.
c. Work is being done on an SGA Newsletter.
d. The internal Affairs committee will be working on revising
election procedures, new bylaws, rules of order, club
liaisons and General Committee members.
2. PR DIRECTOR - Laura Petrides
a. Will be handling publicity for all projects.
b. New publicity effort for Escort van?Campus safety.
c. New stationary
d. Exec photos will be Wednesday from 5-7 p.m.
C. STUDENT LIFE - Laura Bourg
1. Work with SEA on enviormental issues.
2. More computers and hours in business school.
3. Work on open container/bar hours ordinances.
4. LEGISLATIVE COORDINATOR - Holly Thomas
