Call to Order 8:09 p.m.
Open Forum: Heath Garrett spoke about the African
American Studies Program (elective or required).
III. Roll Call: Seven Senators were absent; excused were
Akin, Asher, Celis, Cleveland, Grant, Peacock, and
Rice.

V. Officer Reports
A. President: Clean up UGA will be headed by John
Bradberry; If you are interested in working with Miss
UGA talk to Holly; Also tell her if you want to work
with the AAS Program.
B. Vice-President: No report.
C. President Pro Tempore: SIGN IN FOR OFFICE HOURS
AND CHECK YOUR BOXES TWICE A WEEK!!!
D. Treasurer: No report.
E. Secretary: Letter Writing Campaign this week!
Vi. Committee Reports
A. Student Life
1. Restaurant of the Month: Please pass out
Flyers!!
2.Bike Registration: Bike maps being looked into.
3.Student Activities Fee: There will be an
allocation committee on January 13 in which
different organizations will come before to
justify the budget.
B. Academic Affairs: Looking into a "How To Study"
Video; also the intern is
still being persued.
C. Internal Affairs: No report.
