William suggested that fliers informing students about the escort vans, sponsored by SGA be posted around campus. Jay will check the hours of operation of the escort vans.

Andy brought up the fact that there is a parking problem at the dorms and suggested that students be allowed to make suggestions to help alleviate some of the problems. John will write a letter to President Knapp, asking him to give students an input about the parking situation. SGA would like to send at least one representative to the administrative committee meetings, so students will know what is going on and will have an input before final decisions are made.

William suggested that any bill that comes before the Senate must get out of committee first. At Senate meetings, if you like a bill you vote 2'yes", if you don't like the bill vote - "no". (There will be less amendments and this will save time). If the bill gets a "no" vote, it goes back to the conunittee for changes and then is resubmitted.

Richard contacted the Drop/Add and Financial Aid Offices and talked with the department heads about how their offices worked. He invited the department heads to speak at an SGA meeting.
