Those in attendance were John Bradberry, Shawna Hirata, Andy Vanlandingharn, Ashley Disque, Richard Martin, William Perry and Jay Gemes.
Andy reported that SGA has three standing committees and getting people to attend is difficult. Too many members are not showing up regularly.
Ashley announced that she still needs volunteers to work the polling locations for freshman elections. She called all the General Committee members and quite a few could not help at all. Ashley will stay after hours to help count the votes and notify winners.
Richard and John discussed the possibility of getting more minority groups involved in SGA and decided they will attend the BAC meeting on Tuesday evening at 7-00 p.m. and speak with them about SGA.
Andy brought up SGA having regular office hours. The executive committee voted and decided 'yes," on having SGA office hours.
Shawna suggested at the next Senate meeting, the committees should be told they need to write a report and tell the Senate what they have been working on and what has been accomplished.
