Also, SGA's University Input Page is going to be placed near the Information Desk at the Tate Student Center so it is easily accessible to all students.

"at are our plans for Monday, what do you want to do to get people to come to the plaza and participate in SGA's Student Input Day?

Ashley suggested have hot dogs because free food always draws people.

Shawna mentioned pizza from Papa John's. 77iey donated at the Voter Registration drive, maybe they would give us a discount price for this event.

William suggested talking to Mr. Cochran to see what was done last year. He thought SGA went through Food Services and it was very reasonable.

It was finally decided that Shawna would go to Papa John's Pizza and try to get a discount pfice on the pizzas. If the price is right, then it was decided pizza was the food to have that day.

William suggested handing the student an Input Page and after they fill out the paper, then give them a piece of pizza.

Andy brought up the fact that some of the Senators have a bad attitude and do not participate in SGA's projects. ffliat can we do to help the people participate and have better attitudes?

William had brought a copy of SGA's By-Laws with him and suggested that maybe the Executive Committee could help fix the problem. We need more organization here. We need to examine our rules and stick to them. At each Executive meeting, the Committee Chairs should have a written report to the Secretary.

Richard suggested that the Executive Committee reread the Constitution so we know what SGA is about and give positive reinforcement to the Senators. Encourage them by saying that you know they are t7ying and it is time
