Those in attendance were John Bradberry, William Perry, Ashley Disque, Andy Vanlandingham and Jay Gemes.

Those absent were: Jeff Hancock.

John Bradberry informed the committee that Internal Affairs said a dress code is okay. We will have a dress code from now on when we have a special guest.

It was brought before the Senate of have a new meeting time of 7:00 p.m. beginning on February 16th and every other week after that. Internal Affairs feels this is the best time for everyone. When asked about 6:00 there were at least four people who couldn't make it then. We will discuss it again at the next Senate meeting.

Ashley Disque brought up the question, I thought the Vice President called the meetings and not Internal Affairs."

John Bradberry announced that he has enacted some guidelines for SGA appointments. Responsibilities the appointee has to report back to SGA and what the appointment is about.

Mr. Cochran feels the procedures cannot violate the constitution, so if it says the Vice President calls the meeting, then the Vice President calls the meeting and the time. If you are going to change this then you need to change the constitution. The Vice President is going to try and accommodate the Senate when she/he sets the time and date for these meetings.

Ashley Disque reminded everyone that she wanted to wait and see how many people have a problem with the 7:00 p.m. meeting instead of the usual 8:00 time. I don't want to hurt someone who has kept the 8:00 time slot open and now say we are changing it to 7:00, and make it hard for them to attend. If no one has a problem with changing the meeting time to 7:00, then I will change it. If someone has a problem and they have set aside 8:00
