John Bradberry stated that we will meet at 8:00 p.m. this Tuesday for the special meeting and if it is alright with the Senators, then we will change it to 7:00 p.m. after that, but only if it is okay with all the Senators.
Mr. Cochran stated that there is nothing wrong with changing the meeting time or day if it is convenient with the Senators. Don't get caught in a quagmire as to who calls this change.
John Bradberry said Internal Affairs should check and see if anyone has a conflict with a 7:00 p.m. meeting.
James Burroughs stated that some members of SAC will be returning from a SAC meeting next Tuesday and we will be slating and voting on Senators.
Andy suggested that Vice President Disque could decide or she could let Internal Affairs make a recommendation to her by Tuesday evening and you can bring it to the Senate and they can vote on it.
James Burroughs said Wednesday evening was proposed to the Senate and too many Senators already had plans for that evening.
Andy Vanlandingham stated that the Vice President had asked the Senate to bring in suggestions as to meeting times and days, and no one brought in a suggestion.
John Bradberry brought up the point that no one in the Senate had responded to the survey they were given last Tuesday at the Senate meeting. I feel we need to call all the Senators and have them bring in the survey.
William Perry suggested that SGA should work on the responses we got back in the fall from our questionnaire before we start sending out more surveys for more input. We never answered the other questions that we raised in the fall, we should definitely respond to the questions and statements before we ask for more.
John Bradberry said that no Senators ever came in to help answer the questions on the last questionnaire.
