EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING


                      APRIL 12, 1993


Those in attendance were John Bradberry, Jay Gemes, Ashley Disque, Richard Martin, Jay Gemes and William Perry.


There were no absences.

 The agenda for the Senate Meeting on Tuesday, April 13th was set.

Ashley explained the procedure that would be used during the Tuesday evening Senate meeting for the Expulsion hearings. The individual will speak on their own behalf for two minutes and then leave the room. There will then be a pro/con discussion by the Senate and then a vote on each individual case.


At Tuesday night's meeting Russ Willard (Chair, Elections Committee) will announce to the Senate all individuals who are interested in working on the Elections Committee and the Senate will then vote on them. Anyone who is working on the Elections Committee will not be able to help another individual with their campaign, not even tacking up posters for someone.
