FINANCE COMMITTEE STRUCTURAL GUIDELINES

Each committee will be represented by one voting delegate on the finance committee.

* The treasurer of the Student Government Association shall chair the finance committee, ensuring proper alignment and allocations of funds according to the budget of the Student Government Association.

* The treasurer shall vote only in case of a tie vote on an allocation request.

· No committee will be allowed to vote by proxy.

· All allocation request must be turned in one week prior to the requested date for funds.
