An Organization
A student group devoted to free expression.
An individual on the UGA Campus cannot post flyers, reserve buscards, or create banners. 

Aside from restrictions on individuals' speech, our outdoor bulletin boards are disappearing. The newer and newly-renovated buildings don't even have bulletin boards for students. 

An Organization is an avenue for individual expression at UGA.
